Online Full-Body Workout Classes
My signature online sessions blend high-intensity training with Pilates and functional strength work to give you the ultimate full-body experience. Each class kicks off with energising cardio to get your heart rate up and boost fat burn, then flows into targeted Pilates-inspired and strength-based exercises that sculpt, tone, and build long-lasting lean muscle—from the inside out.
This dynamic fusion is designed to help you:

2️⃣ Strengthen and define your silhouette
3️⃣ Build core strength, endurance & mobility
Each workout session lasts 55 minutes.
By the end of each session, you'll feel every muscle activated and your mind recharged - calm, focused, and uplifted, like you’ve just finished a moving meditation.
You’ll receive a Zoom link 10 minutes before each session, and your credits are only deducted when you show up - giving you full flexibility and control over your fitness journey.
How does it work?
I offer a minimum of 10 classes per week, available in the mornings, at lunchtime, or in the evenings. Every Sunday, you'll receive the weekly schedule directly to your registered email address. 5-10 minutes before each session, you'll receive a unique Zoom link to join our live group workout. Your class credits will only be deducted if you attend the session. It’s that simple!
Your 10-class package is valid for 10 weeks.
