How is Signature Coaching different from just joining an online fitness platform?

An online platform gives you videos. Signature Coaching gives you a real coaching relationship β€” someone who knows your body, your life, and your goals, and adjusts your plan as things change. The workouts are part of it, but the private nutrition coaching, daily support, and accountability are what create lasting results.


I've tried nutrition coaching and fitness programmes before and they didn't stick. How is this different?

Most programmes fail because they're not built around your real life β€” they ask you to fit your life around them instead. I start with your lifestyle, your habits, and your hormonal health, and build a strategy around those. The goal is never restriction β€” it's building sustainable habits that feel natural, not forced.


Yes β€” and it's specifically designed to. Hormonal changes affect how your body responds to food, exercise, stress, and sleep. I have a particular specialism in women's hormonal health, perimenopause, and menopause, and everything in your programme is designed with this in mind.

Will this work if I'm going through perimenopause or menopause?

How much time do I need each week?

The group workouts are 55-60 minutes. You can join live sessions or access recordings to fit your schedule. Outside of workouts, the daily check-ins take just a few minutes. It's designed to fit around your life, not replace it. Your 1:1 nutrition and wellbeing coaching sessions are every other week at a time that is planned around your schedule and lasts 30 minutes.


Is there a minimum commitment?

Month-to-month gives you flexibility. The 3-month package is where most clients see their most significant results β€” and where you save Β£98. I'll always recommend what I think is right for you based on your goals during your Discovery Call.


What happens after I book my Discovery Call?

Both experiences include the same personalised nutrition and wellbeing coaching, daily weekday support, and accountability. The difference is your training.

VIP Coaching is for women who want every element of their experience β€” training and coaching β€” built entirely and privately around them, with 1:1 personal training sessions designed specifically for their body, goals, and schedule.
